GF application development

Grammars of natural languages are complex systems, and their computer implementation requires both programming skills and linguistic knowledge. Grammatical Framework, GF, aims to make this task easier. GF is a functional programming language with modern design, equipped with program constructs and tools that help in linguistic description and grammar engineering.
Multilingual grammars are a powerful tool in applications such as machine translation, natural language interfaces, and spoken dialogue systems. GF is a fast prototyping tool for multilingual applications on the web or on the Android platform. Examples of applications grammars can be seen on the Grammatical Framework demo pages
